Eligibility Rules & Follow-Up Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, the client must fulfill all follow-up and communication responsibilities listed below:

1 Post-Treatment Day-After Follow-Up

You must return to the salon (or submit a virtual check-in with photos if remote) within 24–48 hours after the initial treatment for assessment.

2 1-Month Checkpoint

  • You are required to attend a follow-up appointment (in-person or virtual) approximately 30 days after your treatment.
  • If there is visible lack of progress, we must be given the opportunity to make adjustments.

3 6-Month Evaluation

  • A mandatory 6-month progress check is required.
  • If further work is needed, you must allow us the opportunity to:
    • Provide additional adjustments (at no cost if deemed necessary).
    • Offer an alternative treatment strategy (which may include a second round of stimulation).

Important: Clients who fail to attend the 1-month and 6-month appointments forfeit eligibility for the refund.

4 1-Year Final Review

A final check-in at 12 months post-treatment is required. This is where refund decisions are finalized if progress is not satisfactory despite all adjustment attempts.

Photo Documentation

  • Photos must be taken before treatment and at each follow-up appointment for internal reference and treatment accuracy.
  • Client privacy is respected — photos are not released publicly without your express written consent.

Additional Requirements

  • If a client skips any of the required checkpoints or refuses adjustments, the guarantee is void.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the 1-year evaluation, assuming all stipulations were met.
